With extensive experience in recruiting Filipino workers for Australian businesses – let us help you secure onshore or offshore staffing solutions.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP)

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a way for individuals to immigrate to Canada by being nominated by a Canadian province or territory. If you are interested in immigrating through the PNP, the first step is to apply to the program in the province or territory where you want to settle. In order to qualify, you must have the skills, education, and work experience that are necessary to support yourself and your family in Canada, as well as meet the economic or labor market needs of the province or territory and Canada as a whole.

Once the province or territory has approved your application, your next step is to apply for permanent residence through either the Express Entry system or the regular application process. If you are nominated under an Express Entry PNP stream and are not already in the Express Entry pool, you will need to complete an Express Entry profile and be accepted into the pool. If you are nominated under a non Express Entry PNP stream, you should apply for permanent residence using the regular application process.

The selection process and conditions for obtaining a Provincial Nominee Certificate may vary from one province to the next. The province of Quebec is responsible for selecting its own immigrants, and if you are interested in settling there, you should contact the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion du Québec.

If you have any questions about the Provincial Nominee Program or how to apply, you can contact Goldenbeaver Immigration Inc for more information and assistance. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the process and help you achieve your immigration goals.
